Vacancy - Internal Sales
PLETTENBERG BAY
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated internal salesperson to join our team at Transform Electrical in Plettenberg Bay. As an internal salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will be working closely with the external sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through outbound calling and email campaigns
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide technical and product information to customers
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with the external sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the electrical wholesale industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Netsuite or other ERP software
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
