Refund policy

Simple 14 Day Exchange or Refund Policy

We will happily refund or exchange goods if you return them within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the goods are in the same new condition, unused and in the original packaging.  You will be responsible for any shipping costs involved and any other costs that may be incurred by Transform Electrical.

What can I do if the goods are defective or damaged?

If your goods are defective or damaged, please ensure to report this to Transform Electrical 24 Hours of receiving your order. You can return these items to one of our nine outlets either in person or via a courier service which will need to be arranged.

How will I be refunded?

Once we have accepted your return and approved a refund, you will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid Transform Electrical. This will either be by Credit Card, EFT or the Contractor Account used for the purchase will be credited.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns on Carbon Filament Light Bulbs.
